Key Responsibilities:
Assist technicians with repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance tasks.
Perform basic maintenance duties such as painting, cleaning, lubricating machinery, and replacing light fixtures.
Carry tools, equipment, and materials to job sites as needed.
Help with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems under supervision.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following company safety protocols.
Assist in inventory management by organizing tools and supplies.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies when required.
Operate hand and power tools under guidance.
Perform groundskeeping tasks (e.g., snow removal, landscaping) if needed.
