Job Description
Helper
Responsibilities:
Assist technicians and skilled workers with daily tasks at the worksite. Carry tools, materials, and equipment to designated areas. Support basic installation, cleaning, and preparation activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Follow instructions from supervisors and ensure safe working practices. Perform general labor duties as required by the team.
Requirements:
No formal qualification required; basic education preferred. 1-2 years of experience in construction, maintenance, or general labor roles (freshers may also apply). Physically fit and able to handle manual work. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment. Basic understanding of safety rules and site discipline.
Salary & Benefits:
