The Helper supports the croissant production team by assisting with dough preparation, shaping, baking, packing, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. The role ensures smooth daily operations and adherence to food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing dough, fillings, and ingredients
for croissant production
Support bakers
with dough rolling, folding, shaping, and arranging trays
Load and unload trays from ovens
under supervision
Assist in cooling, packing, and labeling
finished croissant products
Maintain cleanliness
of workstations, tools, and equipment
Follow hygiene, food safety, and quality control standards
Handle raw materials and finished goods carefully
to minimize wastage
Support daily production targets
and perform assigned shift duties
Follow supervisor instructions
and comply with company policies
Requirements
Basic knowledge of bakery or food production (preferred)
Ability to stand for long hours and perform physical tasks
Willingness to work in shifts
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
Strong hygiene and safety awareness
