Job Description
We are looking for energetic and hardworking
Helpers
andAssistant Carpenters
to join our growing team.This is not just a job -- it's a
learning and training program
. You'll get hands-on experience working bothin our factory
andon project sites
across Dubai.During the program, you'll have the opportunity to
learn multiple trades
including:Carpentry & Joinery Masonry Painting General Maintenance (Electrical, AC, Plumbing) Technician & Fit-Out Work
As you progress, you'll be placed in the department where you
excel the most
-- whether it's carpentry, painting, or technical work.Key Responsibilities:
For Helpers:
Assist skilled workers and technicians in day-to-day tasks Carry materials, tools, and help maintain clean and organized workspaces Support basic preparation, sanding, or finishing work
For Assistant Carpenters:
Help in cutting, assembling, and finishing furniture, cabinets, and woodwork Support installation and repair work on-site Prepare materials and assist senior carpenters
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant experience (preferred but not required) Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment Ability to work both in the factory and at project sites Physically fit and dependable Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
