Assist technicians in routine lubrication, cleaning, and tightening of crane components.
Help in replacing ropes, bolts, pins, or minor parts under supervision.
Provide manual handling support for spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
Ensure safe storage and proper return of tools and lifting gear after use.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the team leader.
Skills & Competencies:
Physically fit and able to work at heights.
Ability to use basic hand tools and follow instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong awareness of site safety requirements.
Willing to work on weekends and overtime when needed.
