Job Description
Job Summary
Assist with basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical work.
Key Responsibilities
Support in the installation, repair, and servicing of machinery and equipment. Carry tools and materials to job sites and clean work areas upon task completion. Perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and replacing filters. Assist with inspections and preventive maintenance activities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, storage areas, and workshops. Help set up equipment and temporary structures as needed. Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies. Report any hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately. Perform other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or team leader
Requirements
Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general maintenance procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and follow instructions
