Job Summary:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable
Helper
to assist in the daily operations of our cable manufacturing facility. The Helper will support machine operators, maintain cleanliness, move raw materials and finished products, and perform general tasks to ensure smooth production flow.Key Responsibilities:
Assist machine operators in setting up and operating cable manufacturing machines. Load and unload raw materials, spools, and finished cables as instructed. Help in packaging, labeling, and stacking finished products. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Follow safety rules and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor. Perform basic material handling, such as moving materials between workstations. Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of machines when required. Support other departments (Quality, Maintenance, etc.) as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum education: 8th / 10th grade pass. Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment preferred (not mandatory). Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights. Basic understanding of workplace safety. Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when required. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Working Conditions:
Factory floor environment with moderate noise and machinery operation. Shift-based work (morning / evening / night shifts). Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided as per company policy.

Pay: From ?1,150.00 per month
