Job Summary: Looking for a Help Desk Technician in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The suitable candidate must have a relevant technical Degree
  • At least 2+ years of experience working as a help desk technician or similar position
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software applications as well as operating systems required
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Should be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals in a clear and concise manner
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools required
  • Must be ready to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Must be proactive and self-motivated approach to work
