Job Summary: Looking for a Help Desk Technician in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

The suitable candidate must have a relevant technical Degree
At least 2+ years of experience working as a help desk technician or similar position
Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software applications as well as operating systems required
Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Should be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals in a clear and concise manner
Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools required
Must be ready to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Must be proactive and self-motivated approach to work
