Job Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years\' experience within facilities management in a similar role
Must have a passion and willingness to help others
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to find solutions and maintain a positive attitude at all times
Methodical approach to complaints and task management
Must be able to provide efficient solutions and services to all guests, offering information and support through registering building complaints, building service requests as well as safety hazards via the engineering department\'s CAFM system
Proficiency in using spreadsheets and handling data
