Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
Job Description
ABIYA is seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Vehicle Driver to handle the transport of fabricated metal materials and related supplies from Ras Al Khaimah to our project sites (mainly in Dubai). The ideal candidate must have a valid IAE heavy vehicle driving license and a strthe ong understanding of road safety and logistics in UAE.
Responsibilities:
Safely drive company heavy veheicle between RAK and Dubai to transportmaterials to and from factory and project sites.
Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to preventdamage during transit.
Plan routes efficiently and ensure tiemly delivery based on project schedules.
Coordinate with the factory and site teams for loading times,permits, and delivery priorities.
Maintain daily delivery logs, fuel records, and trip sheets.
Perform routine inspections and basic maintainance of the vehicle.
Comply with UAE traffic laws, company transport policies and safety protocols.
Report any delays, incidents or mechanical issues immediately.
