Key Responsibilities

Safely operate heavy vehicles to transport goods/materials to assigned destinations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (tires, oil, brakes, lights, safety systems) and report/arrange maintenance as needed. Ensure proper loading/unloading, secure cargo, and coordinate with warehouse/operations team. Plan and select the most efficient routes (using GPS/maps) and ensure timely deliveries. Maintain logbooks, trip sheets, fuel receipts, and delivery records as required. Adhere strictly to traffic laws, company safety & compliance policies, and represent the company professionally. Keep vehicle clean and in good working order; report any incidents, accidents or breakdowns immediately.

Requirements / Qualifications

Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Category 3, 4 or equivalent heavy-vehicle licence) for heavy trucks. Ideally

2+ years

of experience driving heavy vehicles/trailers in the UAE or similar environment. Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices. Physically fit, able to work extended hours/shifts, possibly loading/unloading tasks as needed. Clean driving record, punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team environment. Basic English language skills; additional languages (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu) a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with different types of heavy vehicles (tankers, flatbeds, car carriers, low-beds) is a plus. Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and minor troubleshooting.
