Job Description

Inspection and Diagnosis:

Inspecting diesel engines and equipment to identify mechanical and electrical faults, often using diagnostic tools.

Maintenance and Repair:

Performing scheduled maintenance and carrying out repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and electrical components.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving issues with the proper functioning of diesel engines and related machinery.

Engine Work:

Assembling, installing, and removing diesel engines and their parts.
Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and vehicle electrical systems.

Experience:

Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or in a related role, often with a minimum of 2-5 years required.

Certifications:

A high school diploma or technical certification in automotive/diesel mechanics is often preferred or required.

Driving License:

A UAE driving license can be an advantage for mechanics who need to test vehicles.
