Al Qawafel Transport LLC is looking for a highly experienced
Heavy Truck Mechanic + Garage Supervisor
to join our team.
Position:
Heavy Truck Mechanic / Garage Supervisor (Combined Role)
Location:
UAE
Experience Required:
10-15 years in heavy truck maintenance
Truck Types:
Volvo FH, Scania, MAN, Mercedes, and other heavy-duty trucks
Probation period:
6 Months
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy trucks (engine, gearbox, differential, electrical & air systems).
Oversee day-to-day garage operations.
Supervise mechanics and ensure quality workmanship.
Maintain maintenance records and ensure timely servicing of fleet.
Ensure safety standards and workshop discipline.
Requirements:
8 years or above of solid experience in heavy truck mechanics.
Strong knowledge of Volvo FH, Scania, and similar European trucks.
Ability to manage a team and take full responsibility for garage operations.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Available to join immediately (preferred).
