Job Description
Position: Heavy Driver - Waste Management
Location: Dubai, UAE
License Requirement:
Valid UAE Driving License - Category 4
(Must be authorized to drive heavy vehicles such as Compactors, Skip Loaders, Hook Loaders)
Experience:
Candidates with experience in the Waste Management industry (operating Hook Loaders, Skip Loaders, or Compactors) are highly preferred.
Heavy truck drivers from other industries will also be considered.
Drivers with 10+ years of overall heavy vehicle experience are eligible for higher basic pay.
Salary Structure:
Candidate Type
Basic Salary (AED)
Heavy Truck Driver (Non-Waste Management)

Waste Management Experience (Any Duration)

10+ Years of Heavy Truck Driving (Any Field)

Trip Allowances:
Skip Loader: AED 12 per skip
Hook Loader: AED 16 per hook
Compactor: AED 0.50 per bin
Expected Total Monthly Salary:
Skip Loader / Hook Loader Drivers: ~AED 3,000/month (including trips)
Compactor Drivers: ~AED 4,000/month (including trips)
Other Benefits:
Bachelor-sharing accommodation provided
Air ticket & leave salary every 2 years
