Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Heavy Truck Driver to join our team. As a Heavy Truck Driver, you will be responsible for operating a heavy truck, transporting goods and materials from one location to another, and ensuring the safety and security of the cargo and vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate heavy trucks: Safely operate heavy trucks, including loading and unloading cargo, and navigating through various terrain and weather conditions.

2. Transport goods and materials: Transport goods and materials from one location to another, ensuring timely and secure delivery.

3. Conduct pre-trip inspections: Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, including checking tire pressure, oil levels, and brakes.

4. Maintain accurate records: Maintain accurate records of hours worked, miles driven, and cargo transported.

5. Comply with regulations: Comply with all relevant regulations, including hours of service, weight limits, and safety standards.

6. Provide excellent customer service: Provide excellent customer service, including communicating with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.

7. Maintain the vehicle: Perform basic maintenance tasks, including checking and maintaining fluid levels, and reporting any issues to the maintenance team.

Requirements:

1. Valid uae license: Possess a valid UAE Driver's License with the appropriate endorsements.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience: Have at least 2 years of experience operating heavy trucks.

3. Good driving record: Have a good driving record, with no serious accidents or traffic violations.

4. Physical ability: Be physically able to lift, bend, and maneuver heavy objects.

5. Basic knowledge of mechanics: Have basic knowledge of mechanics and be able to perform basic maintenance tasks.

Working Conditions:

1. Long hours: Be willing to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Physical demands: Be able to withstand the physical demands of the job, including sitting for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in extreme weather conditions.

3. Travel: Be willing to travel extensively, including overnight trips.
