Business Head - Heavy-Duty Logistics Role OverviewWe are launching a dedicated heavy-duty logistics services business to deploy trucks and licensed heavy-duty drivers on a continuous, service-based model (cross-country and cross-border). The Business Head will build, run, and scale the business end-to-end, with full ownership of revenue, operations, and profitability. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the P&L and overall business strategy for the logistics services entityAcquire and manage clients requiring heavy-duty logistics (cargo, waste, industrial, infrastructure, etc.)Define and negotiate commercial models (per trip, contract, long-term deployment)Oversee fleet and driver deployment, utilization, and service deliveryEnsure operational efficiency, compliance, safety, and cost controlBuild and lead sales and operations teams Candidate Profile10-15+ years in heavy-duty logistics, trucking, or transport servicesProven experience running or scaling a logistics or fleet-based businessStrong understanding of commercials, pricing, and marginsExperience with cross-border or long-haul operations preferredEntrepreneurial, hands-on leader with strong execution skills Why JoinOpportunity to build a new logistics business from scratchHigh autonomy with direct impact on growth and profitability
