Ensuring 100% first time deliveries with zero complaint.
To maintain and improve deliveries per truck in terms of number of deliveries and value to meet benchmark.
Ensuring delivery resources (teams and trucks) are utilized to optimum capacity.
Ensuring Stocks are loaded post verification against document to avoid descrepancies.
Any descrepancy found during delivery need to be reported timely to resolve.
All GRV and sales returns are verified against document and picked to avoid any descrepancies.
Excess stocks or interchanged stocks need to be returned timely and properly to concerned
Ensure well behaving with customers for better customer satisfaction.
Ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are followed.
Ensuring proper grooming standards and hygiene of self and vehicle.
Ensure proper handling of materials while loading and offloaing to avoid damages.
Communicating concerns during delivery with supervisors and sales team for timely resolution.
Ensuring all deliveries closed timely within 24hrs of deliveries by obtaining and submitting POD.
Ensuring productivity are delivered as per norms and improving it.
Ensuring proper usage and maintenance of resources such vehicle, trolleys etc.
