Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Heavy Bus / Trailer Driver to safely operate heavy vehicles, including buses and trailers, for the transportation of goods and/or personnel. The ideal candidate should have a valid heavy vehicle driving license, a strong commitment to safety, and good knowledge of traffic regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate heavy buses or trailers to transport goods or passengers to assigned destinations.
Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any mechanical issues.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
Load and unload cargo or assist passengers as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of the assigned vehicle.
Coordinate with the logistics or dispatch team for trip schedules and routes.
Ensure timely delivery or transport according to the trip plan.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License (Bus/Trailer).
Minimum 3+ years of experience driving heavy vehicles.
Good knowledge of road safety regulations and local traffic laws.
Physically fit and able to handle long driving hours.
Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
Good communication and time management skills.
High level of responsibility and reliability.
