Heavy Bus Driver
Job Description
To safely operate heavy buses for transporting passengers over short or long distances, ensuring compliance with road safety, traffic regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive heavy passenger buses on assigned routes (city, intercity, or site-based).
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all times.
Follow scheduled routes and timelines strictly.
Report any mechanical issues or incidents to the transport department.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the bus.
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel, and passenger counts.
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting when necessary.
