Safely operate a big bus on assigned routes in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
Pick up and drop off passengers at designated stops according to the schedule.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers, answering basic inquiries, and ensuring a positive travel experience.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the bus is in proper working condition.
Report any mechanical issues, incidents, or delays to the supervisor immediately.
Maintain cleanliness inside the bus and ensure proper functioning of safety equipment.
Follow all safety procedures and emergency protocols.
Keep accurate records, including trip logs, mileage, and fuel consumption.
Adhere to company appearance standards and demonstrate professional behavior at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid heavy vehicle/bus driving license (e.g., UAE - Category 6 or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of experience in driving large buses or heavy vehicles.
Good knowledge of traffic rules, road safety regulations, and city routes.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Physically fit and able to work long hours or shifts as required.
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Preferred Skills
Basic mechanical knowledge for identifying vehicle issues.
Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu) is an advantage.
