Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to transport passengers safely and efficiently across designated routes in the UAE. The ideal candidate should possess excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to passenger safety, and the ability to adhere to a set schedule.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate the assigned bus, following predetermined routes and schedules. Ensure the safety of passengers during embarkation, disembarkation, and throughout the journey. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to assess the bus's mechanical condition. Maintain a clean and organized bus interior, promptly reporting any issues or incidents. Collect and validate bus fares, providing accurate change when necessary. Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing inquiries and concerns courteously. Adhere to traffic regulations and drive defensively, prioritizing the safety of passengers and other road users. Report accidents, emergencies, and delays to the appropriate authorities promptly. Collaborate with transportation coordinators to optimize routes and schedules. Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on traffic regulations and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Minimum or 2 years old Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a Bus Driver or similar role. Excellent knowledge of UAE traffic regulations and routes. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle challenging driving conditions and unexpected situations. Physical fitness and stamina to handle long driving hours. High school diploma or equivalent. Punctuality and a strong sense of responsibility.
