Safely drive company heavy bus to transport staff and/or laborers between designated locations such as accommodation, project sites, and office.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to the daily transport schedule.
Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the bus at all times.
Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition -- oil, water, tires, fuel, lights, brakes, etc. -- and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate trip records, mileage logs, and fuel consumption reports.
Assist with loading/unloading tools, materials, or small equipment when necessary.
Support the logistics or site team with ad-hoc transport duties as required.
Coordinate with the Transport Supervisor regarding vehicle scheduling and servicing.
Ensure passengers follow safety rules while on board (e.g., wearing seatbelts, no standing while moving).
