Key Responsibilities

Safely operate heavy buses in compliance with UAE traffic laws and company policies. Transport passengers (employees/students/public) to and from designated locations according to the schedule. Conduct daily vehicle inspections (brakes, tires, oil, fuel, safety equipment) before starting duty. Ensure cleanliness and good condition of the bus at all times. Immediately report any mechanical issues, damages, or accidents to the supervisor/maintenance team. Follow assigned routes and schedules and avoid unnecessary delays. Assist passengers with boarding and alighting when required, ensuring their safety. Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage, and fuel consumption records. Comply with health, safety, and environmental policies of the company. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (Category 6). Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a heavy bus driver in the UAE. Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and safety rules. Physically fit with good eyesight and hearing. Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required. Basic communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu knowledge is an advantage). Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.

Working Conditions

Outdoor work environment, operating in various weather conditions. Shift-based schedule depending on operational requirements.
Salary : 1500 AED Plus Commision Based on target
