Job Responsibilities

Carry out Furnace and localized Heat Treatment (HT). Able to interpret Heat treatment chart and prepare Heat treatment report. Knowledge on various Heat treatment machines Carry out trouble shooting of heat treat machines. Carry out visual inspections Follow approved test methods, techniques, procedures and work instructions Follow approved test methods, techniques, and procedures Interpret Industrial codes, standards, and specifications Review inspection results to determine if acceptable Document inspection results and prepare inspection reports Clean parts/materials prior to inspection and after the completion Ensure good housekeeping in the immediate workplace and surrounding premises Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements Carry out Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) if qualified Carry out Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI) if qualified

Minimum Requirement

Minimum High School diploma. Minimum 5 Years' experience in Heat Treatment activities Work experience in reading any drawing and NDT requirements is an added advantage. Experience in report preparation. English Language proficiency.
