You will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop the existing meal plans and menus that combine nutrition and taste while adhering to dietary restrictions (e.g. vegan, keto, gluten-free, etc.) Lead the kitchen team and supervise daily food preparation and cooking activities Collaborate with nutritionists, healthcare providers, and other chefs to ensure meals meet clients' health requirements Maintain proper food inventory levels and oversee timely ordering of ingredients and supplies Uphold food safety regulations and hygiene standards in compliance with UAE food authority regulations Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and efficient workflow at all times Conduct regular quality checks to guarantee high standards of food presentation and taste
