We are seeking a passionate and proactive professional to join our team as a

Healthcare Trainer & Sales Executive

. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals who are passionate about teaching and open to learning. You will deliver training programs in

BLS, ACLS, First Aid

, and

CME courses

such as

Infection Control, IV Therapy, Patient Safety

, and more, while also helping promote and grow our training services.

Trainer certification/licensure is

preferred

but

not mandatory

--we are open to healthcare professionals with teaching ability and sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities: Training & Education (60%):

Conduct professional training sessions in: BLS, ACLS, and First Aid CME basic topics (e.g., Infection Control, IV Therapy, Patient Safety, Medical terminology, etc.) Deliver engaging theoretical and practical sessions tailored to healthcare professionals. Stay current with healthcare standards, regulatory requirements, and accreditation guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation for participants and training sessions.

Sales & Business Development (40%):

Promote training and CME programs to hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients. Generate leads through outreach, networking, and follow-ups. Present and explain program offerings to potential clients. Build and nurture long-term client relationships. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications:

Background in healthcare (e.g., Nurse, Paramedic, EMT, Allied Health, or similar). Experience in clinical training or education is a strong advantage. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Willingness to travel locally for training sessions and client visits. Must be willing to learn new topics and expand clinical knowledge.

Preferred:

Certified or licensed trainer (e.g., AHA Instructor, CME Trainer, HSI Instructor, clinical educator) -

preferred but not required

. Experience in public health or hospital education departments. Knowledge of regulatory/accreditation bodies (e.g., AHA, DOH, HAAD, DHA, MOH, JCI, etc.). Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.

We are located in Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai. You must be able to commute to job location.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
