Position Overview:

SalesEra is hiring enthusiastic and performance-driven

Medical / Healthcare Sales Representatives

who are committed to contributing to the healthcare sector. This opportunity begins as a

commission-only role for the first three months

. Candidates who demonstrate consistent performance will be transitioned into a

fixed salary plus commission structure

with formal onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients, including clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals Present and promote our healthcare services with confidence and market knowledge Build strong, professional relationships with clients and stakeholders Conduct lead generation through various methods such as cold calling, referrals, and research Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs Submit regular updates and reports on sales activities and market insights

Candidate Requirements:

Prior experience in medical or healthcare sales is preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely Comfortable working without a fixed salary during the initial phase Goal-oriented with a genuine interest in healthcare solutions and business growth
