Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably in UAE or GCC region
Knowledge of medical and healthcare roles, certifications, and licensing requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and sourcing skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare professionals including doctors, nurses, therapists, and other medical staff
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
Screen and interview candidates to assess skills and cultural fit
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Manage job postings and advertising across various platforms
