Job Description
Via Medica International Healthcare is looking for an experienced Recruiter. Healthcare or Medical recruitment background is required. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Screening Resumes
- Conducting interviews
- Receiving and processing employment inquiries
- Taking part in facilitating New Hire Orientations
- Representing the office and company at local job fairs
- Moving candidates through the hiring process
- Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules and escorting applicant to interviews
- Sets service level agreements with Division Head(s) that define roles and responsibilities for controlling the hiring process
- Invests time learning and investigating ways to become better at recruiting
- Leverages the knowledge of the HR Manager when creating an effective sourcing strategy to identify and recruit top talent
- Establish credibility and remain engaged with the Division Heads and Senior Management to stay abreast of the hiring process
- A systematic and proactive approach with Division Head(s) across all business lines regarding recruitment cost controls
- Proactively work with the Division Head(s) and HR Manager regarding future organizational structure
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
- Convert recruits to working candidates by working closely with Division Head(s) to place New Hires
- Identify and submit qualified candidates to Division Head(s) based on the provided job description
- Network, build and maintain relationships with HR Manager & Division Head(s)
- Develop strong relationships and partner with the HR Manager to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process
- Planning/Organizing – Prioritizes and plans work activities, use time efficiently
- Assist with the preparation of a persuasive candidate presentation package(s).
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ Business Administration/ Human Resource
- Minimum of 2 Years Work Experience as a Recruiter in a Healthcare Industry
- Shall be available immediately
