Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies to lead the development and delivery of innovative digital solutions in the healthcare or insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Miro, and Figma, and a proven ability to translate complex workflows into actionable product requirements.
Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Break down complex business processes into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Use tools such as Jira, Miro, and Figma to manage workflows, visualize product concepts, and track progress.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring mutual understanding of requirements and deliverables.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform continuous improvement.
• Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in healthcare and insurance technology.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Agile product management, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
• Proficiency with Jira, Miro, Figma, or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into business terms and vice versa.
• Prior experience in healthcare or insurance platforms is highly preferred.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working in regulated industries.
• Familiarity with user-centered design and UX best practices.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe).
