Assist in posting job ads, screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
Support in verifying medical licenses, DHA/MOH registrations and other relevant credentials.
Coordinate employee onboarding, including orientation, ID creation, and system access.
HR Administration:
Maintain up to date employee files (digital and physical) especially for medical staff.
Track license renewals, other authority renewals and other admin related work, CME credits, malpractice insurance and Medical Insurance.
Prepare offer letters, contracts and HR related documentation.
Leave & Attendance Management:
Monitor and update staff attendance records.
Manage leave applications, sick leaves and ensure adequate shift coverage.
Coordinate with department heads to manage rosters and absences.
Training & Compliance:
Coordinate mandatory training (e.g., BLS, infection control, etc).
Maintain training records and certification logs.
Support compliance with regulatory standards and audits.
Employee Relations:
Assist in organizing staff meetings, team events, and performance review cycles.
Help resolve minor HR concerns and escalate issues when needed.
Maintain a positive and confidential HR presence in the clinic.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a medical/healthcare setting.
Knowledge of UAE labor law and healthcare licensing authorities (DHA, MOH).
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Working Conditions:
Full time role with standard office hours.
May require occasional support during off hours for emergencies or audits.
Based in a clinic - across 3 branches.
