Job description 1.0 Duties and Responsibilities: 1.1 Process transactions to the cash register by effectively and efficiently handling cash and credit card payments 1.2 Manage daily balancing and reconciling of office accounts and handle daily bank deposits 1.3 Document bank transactions by processing checks and online deposits in a proactive manner 1.4 Enforce credit policies to ensure that defaulters and patients with extended credits pay on time 1.5 Transfer income activities into accounting applications such as Billing systems and ensure the integrity of entered data. 1.6 Record returned checks into patient accounting systems and initiate follow-up if available. 1.7 Post payments to appropriate accounts and maintain logs of daily receipts. 1.8 Coordinate activities with the accounting department and General Manager to ensure the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports 1.9 Handle cash clearing and credit balancing activities along with determining and investigating unidentified accounts 1.10 Handling patient admissions and making sure to encode all required information of patients in Practo system including emergency contact details and kin's details. 1.11 Must have a full knowledge on insurance eligibility and coverage in order to correlate with patient billing. 1.12 Answer telephone calls and to keep the physician's clinic appointments filled with appointments to the best of your capabilities. 1.13 Complete additional work as requested by management. 1.14 Assist in achieving and maintaining on time, every time flow. 1.15 See management for additional work duties when primary work function is exhausted. 1.16 Maintain position quality and productivity standards in daily performance. 1.17 Ensure patient satisfaction is top priority in all job duties performed. 1.18 Responsible in collecting Patients' feedback form for all first-time patients on their first visit 1.19 To assist in patient translation services when needed. 1.20 Scan all necessary documents needed for each patient's charts. 1.22 Maintain a positive behavior toward QS processes, policies, and all staff.
