Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Healthcare Benchmarking Consultant

to support an upcoming benchmarking project for a major healthcare client in Dubai. The role involves analysing operational, financial, and performance data to develop benchmarking insights against leading healthcare organisations, identify efficiency gaps, and support strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comparative benchmarking studies across healthcare providers, focusing on cost, process, and performance metrics. Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities and performance trends. Assist in designing KPIs and data models relevant to healthcare efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with the client team and internal consultants to interpret results and prepare reports and presentations. Support workshops and discussions during the commercial and project execution phases.

Required Experience

5+ years' experience in consulting, analytics, or performance benchmarking (healthcare sector preferred). Exposure to hospital operations, clinical or non-clinical performance measurement, or shared services in healthcare. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; ability to work with financial and operational metrics. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to liaise with senior stakeholders. Prior experience in the GCC region is a plus.

Preferred Background

Prior work in benchmarking, cost optimisation, or healthcare transformation projects. Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel modelling for benchmarking analysis. Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Economics, or related field.
