Healthcare Assistants
Healthcare Assistants are essential in providing non-clinical support, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical areas and enhancing the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Liaison: Act as a first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing directions and non-medical information.
• Ward/Clinic Support: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the nursing station, utility rooms, and common areas.
• Logistical Support: Assist with the restocking of non-clinical supplies, handling of linen, and equipment inventory.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform basic administrative duties such as answering phones, updating patient boards, and preparing non-clinical documentation.
• Patient Comfort: Assist in making patients comfortable, offering blankets, water, and ensuring a pleasant environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. A certification in a healthcare-related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospital environment is beneficial.
• No DHA license is required for this non-clinical role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A caring, friendly, and helpful demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

General Requirements for All Positions

• Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong teamwork, empathy, and a professional attitude.
