About the opportunity:
As a Healthcare Architect Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing and managing the overall project design and development process. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the technical needs of healthcare organizations and define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management. You will create a detailed project execution plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project and meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities: The candidate will work with a high degree of independence and possess the following:

Needs Analysis:

• Conduct thorough assessments of healthcare organizations\' service planning needs.
• Actively pursue and build productive client relationships to understand their business objectives and challenges.

Solution Design:

• Develop tailored technical solutions that align with healthcare industry standards and regulations.
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
• Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project.
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay abreast of healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., Health Facility Briefing and Design, DoH Abu Dhabi, International Health Facility Guideline) to ensure that technical solutions comply with industry requirements.
• Advise clients on best practices.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to translate technical concepts into understandable terms.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing support and guidance.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay informed about emerging technologies in healthcare and service planning.

About you:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in architecture.
• Proven experience in healthcare architecture consulting or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCad & REVIT.
• THAPI experience would be considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with facility standards and regulatory requirements.
• Simple accounting, database management.
• Excellent communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Conceptual, analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
