As a Medical Licensing Officer and Recruiter, you should possess the following skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and candidates
Attention to detail to accurately review and assess credentials and ensure compliance with standards
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload to efficiently manage ongoing applications and recruitment processes
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the licensing and recruitment process
Knowledge of UAE PQR and licensing procedures for DOH, MOH, and DHA to process licenses and assist clients
Negotiation skills to close deals with clients and candidates
Strong writing skills to prepare service quotations, contracts, and other documents required for the job.
Having background with healthcare professional talent sourcing
Excellent talent sourcing skills to identify and attract top healthcare professionals for job vacancies
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry and job requirements to effectively screen and assess candidates
