Health Care Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our Nursing Team.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensuring that all patients and their families feel cared for and cared about.
Organize own workload to ensure that the interests of the patients are met.
Maintain patient records in line with hospital guidelines for records and record keeping
Work within the Health & Safety Guidelines and Procedures.
Act as a role model for less experienced members of staff by representing the values and beliefs of the nursing profession as well as that of the organization.
Provide encouragement and motivation to members of the nursing team.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate from an accredited Nursing program of a minimum duration of three (3) years or Bachelor degree in Nursing.
2-3 years of experience in a hospital / clinic set - up .
Knowledge / Technical Skills:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
