Clinica Sabah Specialty Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
to join our patient-centered team. The ideal candidate will have prior hospital experience and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our patients.Key Responsibilities
Assist nurses and medical staff in delivering direct patient care. Support patients with daily activities such as hygiene, mobility, and feeding. Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team. Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients. Maintain accurate patient care documentation and adhere to hospital protocols. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a hospital setting as a Healthcare Assistant. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstratedpatient-focused
attitude and compassion in care delivery. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.How to Apply
