Job Description
Job Requirements:
Education & Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory) Certified Health Care Assistant or equivalent qualification (preferred) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting Experience working in a patient-facing role preferred
Skills & Competencies:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathetic and compassionate attitude toward patients Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good organizational and time-management skills Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR) is an advantage
Responsibilities Include:
Monitoring and recording vital signs Supporting nursing and medical staff in routine clinical tasks Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients Updating patient records and reporting any changes in condition to the nursing staff Providing emotional support to patients and families
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
