We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing high-quality patient care and will be adept at supporting medical staff in a variety of clinical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care and conducting medical procedures. Assist the Physician in the preparation of patients before treatment and consultation. Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and daily living activities. Ensure cleanliness and organization of clinical areas. Follow infection control and safety protocols. Work collaboratively with all health professionals as a unified team. Understand and align with the mission and vision of the organization. Practice according to the rules and regulations established by the Department of Health (DOH) for safe medical practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing School/University. Relevant experience of 4:6 years in a healthcare setting; experience in aesthetic or dermatology preferred. Certification or diploma in Health Care Assistance or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks. Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to patient care.
