We are looking for a qualified
Health and Safety Trainer
with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will deliver engaging health and safety training programs and ensure compliance with UAE and international safety standards.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct health and safety training sessions (HSE, Fire Safety, First Aid, Risk Assessment, etc.). Prepare and update training materials and competency assessments. Maintain accurate training and certification records. Support safety audits, inspections, and awareness programs. Promote a proactive safety culture across all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field. 2-3 years of relevant experience in safety training or HSE roles. HSE certifications such as
NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA / First Aid / Fire Safety
. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ISO 45001 preferred.Benefits:
