Responsible for the overall Health, Safety and Environment planning & implementation related programs across the company.
100% implementation of the HSEMS, Policies and Procedures throughout the company
Develop Construction HSE & Environment PlanRunning health and safety meetings and training courses for employees.
100% completion of the annual HSE Audit throughout the company and compliance with safety audit action
100% Implementation of HSE training programs (to include Environment Management awareness, IOSH and Nebosh).
To ensure documentation compliance to ISO:14001, ISRS & OHSAS-18001
Implement International Safety Rating System (ISRS) in the factories.
Management Representative for ISO 14001, ISRS & OHSAS-18001
To identify training needs of factories/ Plant Personnel based on the inputs of Risk Assessment & Aspect/Impact Evaluation and arrange necessary training inputs
To prepare and ensure compliance of EMS & HSE plan in case of new projects in liason with Project Manager.
Reviewing equipment installation standards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Curate accurate reports based on compiled statistical information regarding site standards and equipment functions.
Following up on employee complaints regarding health, equipment and site liabilities.
Identify, propose and arrange internal and external Trainings and Trainers.
