Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school. Ensure effective implementation of the
CBSE curriculum
and compliance with educational regulations. Drive academic excellence through monitoring, evaluation, and support of teaching practices. Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe school environment for students and staff. Lead recruitment, training, and professional development of faculty. Build strong communication channels with parents, stakeholders, and the wider community. Oversee school operations including discipline, student welfare, and extracurricular activities. Ensure compliance withMinistry of Education (MoE) requirements
and school policies.Master's degree in Education/Teaching or related field
(mandatory). Minimum5-7 years of leadership experience
in a CBSE school (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge ofCBSE curriculum and academic frameworks
.MoE approval
or eligibility is mandatory. Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team of educators.Job Type: Full-time
