Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals of the UAE telecommunications market.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring effective recruitment and retention of top talent.
  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and motivation.
  • Manage performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while developing effective HR policies.
  • Provide analytical insights on workforce metrics and advocate for data-driven decision making across the HR functions.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE.
  • Proven experience in managing talent acquisition and employee development processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement HR policies that align with business priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically.
