Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business goals of the UAE telecommunications market.
Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Oversee talent acquisition processes, ensuring effective recruitment and retention of top talent.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that enhance workplace culture and motivation.
Manage performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while developing effective HR policies.
Provide analytical insights on workforce metrics and advocate for data-driven decision making across the HR functions.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in the UAE.
Proven experience in managing talent acquisition and employee development processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
Demonstrated ability to create and implement HR policies that align with business priorities.
Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically.
