Proven experience as Head Waiter/Waitress or Supervisor in a luxury cafe or restaurant.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of UAE hospitality regulations and standards.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
