Job Description

Head Waiter Waitress We are currently seeking for young and self motivated Head Waiter or Waitress for one of our high-end Asian concept venue, to provide excellent food and beverage service. Preferably someone who can join immediately. Supervise the mise-en-place of the assigned station to ensure a smooth service during operation. Inspect table layouts in the station ensuring that they meet the standards set. Check and ensures the serviceability of equipment and furniture. Upsell food and beverage items so as to contribute on meeting and maximizing the monthly revenue budget of the outlet. Take food and beverage orders correctly Ensure that staff meets hygiene and discipline standards. Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOPs. Monitor duty schedules for the respective team. Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with the outlet patrons to ensure their well-being. Familiar with the outlets menu, promotional activities and other relevant issues concerning the outlet. Qualifications: High school diploma; food safety training is a plus. Proven work experience leading an F and B team. Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (e.g. Revel POS or Toast POS) Basic math skills Attentiveness and patience for customers With team spirit and excellent presentation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work in shifts Interested candidates should send their CVs
