Requirements:
Previous experience as a Head Waiter or senior service staff in a luxury restaurant
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of fine dining service standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
