- Supervise and train the waitstaff, ensuring they adhere to established service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction, addressing any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food.
- Plan and organize the daily shift schedule for waitstaff.
