Job Description

We are looking for a professional and personable

Head Waiter/Waitress (Syrian)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive until the time they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring excellent first impressions. Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate. Take and confirm orders accurately, communicating any dietary or allergy requirements to the kitchen. Oversee table service, ensuring timing, presentation, and quality meet company standards. Handle complaints or special requests with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Requirements:

Fluency in

Arabic and English

. Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
