Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter to lead our service team and ensure an excellent dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will supervise wait staff, maintain service standards, handle guest requests professionally, and coordinate with the kitchen and management to deliver high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the wait staff during service Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction Train and guide team members on service standards Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly Coordinate with kitchen and management teams
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter Strong leadership and communication skills Customer-focused attitude and professional appearance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
